The University provides a range of cycle parking facilities across the campus.

Bike Stands

Bike stands are located across the University, generally in locations convenient to building entrances. The University has opted to install 'Sheffield' type cycle stands as they offer the best form of locking security to cyclists.

Secure Cycle Parking

The University provides secure cycle parking for staff in a number of locations across the campus.

Access to secure cycle parking is by PIN access code only, which is supplied by the Travel Plan Co-ordinator upon receipt of a £10 annual fee. Staff requesting access to secure cycle parking parking should email their request to sustainability@qub.ac.uk . Staff should note that secure cycle parking is located in the following areas:

Side of Peter Froggatt Centre

Rear of McClay Library

Adjacent to Ashby Lab Block

Health Sciences Building

Elmwood Learning and Teaching Centre

Institute of Clinical Sciences - Block B (RVH)

Rear of School of Pharmacy

Whitla Medical Building
