Department of Wind Energy
The Danish wind energy research environment is internationally recognized as being in the forefront of wind energy technology. DTU is the major wind energy research institute in Denmark (previously the Risø National Laboratory for Sustainable Energy) and covers all aspects of wind energy from the wind resource to wind farm deployment. A recent research initiative focuses on the interaction between society and wind energy.
