Application Forms

The online forms below can be used to submit a SWAT application or SWAR application to Northern Ireland Network staff for review. Once reviewed and accepted a PDF of the submitted SWAT or SWAR will to added to the repository section and made available for others to view. Any edits or updates to an existing SWAT or SWAR will require a resubmission using the appropriate application form.
