LMETB-AMTCE, IMR and AMIC launched a groundbreaking Industry 4.0 skills report, identifying critical workforce gaps threatening Ireland’s manufacturing competitiveness in robotics, AI and automation. With 350,000 jobs at stake, the report urges immediate cross-border collaboration between governments, educators and industry to develop coordinated training solutions and diversity initiatives.
