Jessie Keenan is an Irish choreographer whose practice spans live performance, film & curation. Her work intersects science, music, visual art & archives. Keenan is a curator with Light Moves, a festival presenting vibrant experiences bridging dance, new media & screen-based practices.

Selected choreographic projects: The Picture Palace (live performance w/ video projection) - Cavan Arts Festival 2023, What Next Festival Limerick 2024, Take Off Festival Cork 2025, don’t anticipate the ending (two films & a digital exhibition) created with composer Robbie Blake & researcher Dr. Zosia KuczyƄska in partnership with the Museum of Literature Ireland (2022); Submerged (film) collaboration with Kim McCafferty, commissioned by Cavan Arts for Culture Night 2020, screened at Light Moves Festival 2021; Fragments (live performance w/ projection) Dublin Fringe Festival 2018 (nominated for Best Design) supported by an Arts Council Next Generation Award.
