All payments for individual registrations must be settled by credit card.  All registrations are personal, in the name of the initial booking, and not transferable without application to the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to levy a handling fee to process a name change.

The registration confirmation and the payment receipt will be sent by email to delegates upon completion of their registration and once the related full payment has been received.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  The conference organisers reserve the right to withhold some or all of the registration fee to cover administration costs.  If the conference is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued.  All refunds will be returned to the same card or bank account used for the payment of the registration fee.

The organisers strongly advise participants to take out insurance to cover any loss incurred in case of cancellation (travel, accommodation and other costs), medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects.

A photographer will be in attendance at the conference.  By registering for the conference, you give permission for your likeness to appear in photos used by the International Coronavirus Network and Queen’s University Belfast in the reporting of this conference.

It is the sole responsibility of the participant to take care of his/her visa requirements.  Should the visa application be rejected, the participant may cancel his/her registration as per the cancellation policy stated above.
