The Northern Ireland Graduate Recruitment Fair will take place on Tuesday 03 June 2025 from 11am - 3pm at Queen's University Belfast.
The Fair is held in partnership with Queen's University Belfast and Ulster University, with Fair sponsor Alternative Heat, and media partner is nijobifinder.
Final year students from any University and recent graduates are welcome to register to attend.
You will need to register online via Eventbrite in advance. On the day please bring proof of registration and your student card to gain entry to the Fair.
Prepare Some Questions for Employers
Before attending the Fair, consider preparing some questions in advance that you may want to ask Employers on the day.
These questions could range from asking them what skills they look for in their graduate recruitment process, to asking them about their company's culture, or just any general advice for their company specific recruitment process. Being curious to find out more about the company is a great way to strike up a conversation and to practice your networking skills, and increase your self-confidence.
Access expert advice from a Careers Consultant
Contact your University's Careers department in advance of the Fair and book a one-to-one consultation with your University's Careers Consultant. Careers Consultants are a great source of information and are here to help guide you on your career journey and give you some useful tips on what happens at a Careers Fair and the best way to make use of your time on the day.

Access your University jobs platform in advance of the Fair, these platforms are a fantastic source of careers information and also can be used to find current graduate roles on offer in Northern Ireland and further afield.
Update your profile on these platforms regularly and check for new roles every week.
