Queen's University Technician Commitment, Impact Award 2024

Gillian Riddell, Technician Commitment Manager, attended the most recent Technician Commitment signatory event in London, where it was a great honour to receive an Impact Award on behalf of all technicians, for the work that Queen's University Belfast has done to address the Technician Commitment pillars, since 2017.

Thanks to Clare Viney, Chief Executive Officer at CRAC/Vitae and the Chair of the Technician Commitment Steering Board, for presenting the award.
Attendees at the event were also pleased to hear from Dame Ottoline Leyser, CEO of UK Research and Innovation, and are delighted to have her continued support for technicians in HE.

Thanks to everyone who made the day such a success!
