We are trying to make this years Parkfest more accessible to all of our Greenway users, including those facing mobility barriers who have never used the Greenway before.

We have included some accessible activities, asked many of our facilitators to include options to support participation and placed our stations beside pathways for easier access. Other facilities we have included are listed below

Toilets

Toilets can be found in the following locations;

C.S. Lewis Square (portaloos)
Flora Street Walkway (Avoniel Leisure Centre)
Dixon Park Playing Fields (Sorocco Football Club Pavilion)
Orangefield Park (Public toilets)

Signage

We have tried our best to include appropriate event signage along the route of the Greenway. Signage will be clear, easy to read and placed at regular locations to share relevant and useful information and directions to facilities.

Changing Places

Thanks to the support of Queens University Belfast, it has been possible to include a temporary Changing Places facility as a part of this event. This facility can be found in the Dixon Playing Field Car Park, accessed at Grand Parade.

Rest Stops & Information

Benches to rest can be found at regular intervals along the Greenway but we have also included additional rest stops beside all of our information stations at;
