A pioneering new technique creates IVF embryos with DNA from three people to stop children from inheriting an incurable genetic mitochondria condition. Eight healthy babies have been born in a regulated trial. Audrey Carville hears about the impact this technique may have on parents from Liz Curtis, the founder of The Lily Foundation.
