Mitchell Institute Director Professor Richard English recently delivered a Seminar talk at the University of Cambridge, based on his recent book Does Counter-Terrorism Work?  Held at Sidney Sussex College on 22 May 2024, the talk was hosted by the Modern Irish History Seminar at Cambridge, and was entitled 'The IRA and the Northern Ireland Peace Process'.
