Website Content Accessibility Review

It is mandatory for the Website Owner or Editor to complete and submit the Website Content Accessibility Review Checklist for their website before submitting a request via the IT Service Desk to publish the site live. This checklist focuses on key accessibility requirements and helps you audit your content to ensure it meets accessibility regulations and content standards. The checklist is available via Microsoft Forms, and once submitted, a copy is automatically sent to the Web Support Team for review.

Requesting a Website Publish

With the Website Content Accessibility Checklist submitted, the next, and in most cases, the final step for Website Owners / Editors is to request that the website is published to a live URL. To request this, please do the following:

  • Log a support call via the IT Service Desk.
  • In the Summary field add the text 'FAO: Web Support Team - Website Publish Request.'
  • In the Description field, please provide the name of the website, when you would like the website to go live, and confirmation that you have submitted the Website Content Accessibility Checklist.

A member of the Web Support Team will then be in contact via the support ticket to assist you with this request.
