Since 2020, Queen's has been a signatory of the Race Equality Charter, which helps universities and research institutes in their work to improve the representation, progression and success of Black, Asian and minority ethnic people in higher education.

As part of Queen's commitment to fostering an inclusive culture that is characterised by equity, diversity and a sense of belonging for all, staff are invited to take five minutes to participate in a short but important anonymous survey on racial equity.

Check your emails for the link to the survey from Tuesday 5 November and submit your response by Friday 6 December at 4.00pm.

The survey is completely anonymous, and your valuable feedback will help us to identify what we are doing well, and crucially, where we can do better in making the university a more diverse, equal, and inclusive place. It will also inform our application to the Race Equality Charter in 2025.
